INGRIDIENTS (4 to 6 people):

– 6 fresh prawns
– One medium squid
– 3 handfulls of mussels
– 2 handfuls of clams
– One red pepper
– 5 flat green beans
– 1 or 2 garlic bulb/s
– A small aubergine (optional)
– 2 big fresh tomatoes
– Any other seafood, fish or vegetables you may fancy…

For the Soup:

– White fish bones (ask your local fishmonger)
– Onion
– Garlic
– 1 spoon of red paprika
– Extra Virgin olive oil
– Any shell-fish (if you can afford it)
– A selection of veggies (carrots, leeks, celery, etc…)
– A slice of dry bread
– Salt & pepper (and some herbs too, like oregano, tarragon or similar)
