Chef Bertrand Grébaut explores a trove of Thai curiosities

For the past five years curator Thomas Erber has traversed the globe with his month-long cultural residency series Cabinet of Curiosities, a philanthropic collision of fashion, art, photography and gastronomy. Following Erber’s takeover of Barom Bhicharnchitr’s new Bangkok concept store SIWILAI in late 2014, filmmaker Jérôme de Gerlache traveled to the Thai capital to document invitee Bertrand Grébaut, the Michelin-starred chef behind Paris restaurants Septime and Clamato, and wine bar Septime La Cave.
